“Delayed Single-view Streaming” is a replay event of the live-streamed performance.
Delayed streaming will be offered in HD Single-view only.
The dates and time above are the same time in different time zones. Delayed Single-view streaming will be played only once per show.
Purchasing a 2 DAY PASS enables you to watch the delayed streaming for both shows.

A concert behind-the-scenes video will be played after the online live streaming concert for those who purchased the 2 DAY PASS MEMBERSHIP ONLY ticket.
If you have purchased the 2 DAY MEMBERSHIP ONLY ticket, do not end the streaming after the concert is over; watch the instruction video played after the concert and wait for a moment.
The bonus clip will not be played for delayed streaming.

You may purchase only one type of ticket per concert date; you cannot purchase other tickets if you have purchased a 2 DAY PASS.
The Membership Only product is only available for SEVENTEEN GLOBAL OFFICIAL FANCLUB “CARAT” MEMBERSHIP holders.
Your membership benefit is only valid if you are holding your membership at the time of your ticket purchase. Please check your membership period to ensure that your experience is not negatively affected.

- Cancellation or refund for the 2 DAY PASS ticket is available until one hour before the start of the March 30 show (5 PM, March 30, 2024 (KST)); a partial refund for either day will not be available.
- Cancellation or refund for the March 30 1 DAY PASS ticket is available until one hour before the start of the March 30 show (5 PM, March 30, 2024 (KST)).
- Cancellation or refund for the March 31 1 DAY PASS ticket is available until one hour before the start of the March 31 show (4 PM, March 31, 2024 (KST))

The concert can be viewed on an online stream viewing page(https://concerts.weverse.io/events/svt-followagainincheon) after purchasing the ticket on Weverse Shop, logging into the viewing page with “the Weverse Shop account you used to purchase the ticket,” and verifying your ticket.
If you purchased a ticket after logging into Weverse Shop via social media account, you must use the same social media account to log into the viewing page.
The organizers, the company, and the ticket sites are not responsible for any exposure of account information caused by user negligence or the use of your information by a third party acquired through such negligence. Please exercise special care in managing your information.
Please note that if you cancel your Weverse Shop membership, you will be unable to verify your ticket or view the concert, and your purchases will be deleted and cannot be recovered.

HD Multi-view 4 includes one main screen and three concept screens(four total views).
4K Single-view includes only one main screen in 4K resolution.
HD Multi-view 4 + 4K Single-view consists of a Single-view screen in 4K and Multi-view screen in HD. Viewers can switch between the 4K main camera or a HD multi-view 4 mode.
HD Single-view includes one main screen.

The “Enter” button for the live streaming and delayed streaming will be activated 1 hour before the start of the concert.
Subtitles in English, Japanese, and Chinese (Simplified) will be provided for the live streaming. In addition, machine translation will be provided for the following languages: 繁體中文, ไทย, bahasa Indonesia, Tiếng Việt, español, Français, Português, and Wikang Tagalog.
Up to one device can be logged on for Single-view; up to two devices simultaneously for Multi-view(incl. HD Multi-view 4 + 4K Single-view). When another device is logged on that exceeds his limit, the first device will be logged out automatically.

Those who purchased the HD Multi-view 4 + 4K Single-view ticket can enjoy the concert in 4K resolution Single-view by clicking the “4K VIEW” button at the top of the video player.
- Switch to HD resolution Multi-view by clicking the “MULTIVIEW” button on the right of the “4K VIEW” button.
Those who purchased a 4K Single-view ticket can enjoy the concert Single-view in 4K resolution.
4K resolution will be best experienced by watching on a larger screen by connecting your mobile device to a TV or monitor. Please refer to your device manual for more information.

For 4K tickets, at least 30Mbps is required to watch the concert. Data usage may increase when streaming with 3G/LTE/5G. Video resolution option is not available on iOS, and will be set to AUTO depending on the network connection speed and stability. Mirroring can be used depending on your mobile device or TV functions. Please refer to your device manual for more information. Your viewing experience as well as image and audio quality may be affected by your network/data environment and other external factors.
