  • The dates and time above are the same time in different time zones. Delayed single view streaming will be played only once per show.
  • "Delayed Single-view Streaming" is a replay event of the live-streamed performance.
  • Delayed streaming will be offered in HD Single-view only.
  • Purchasing a 2 DAY PASS enables you to watch the delayed streaming for both shows.

Ticket Guide

  • You may purchase one type of ticket for each concert date or a 2 DAY PASS.
  • The Membership Only product is only available for SEVENTEEN GLOBAL OFFICIAL FANCLUB "CARAT" MEMBERSHIP holders.
  • Your membership benefit is only valid if you are holding your membership at the time of your ticket purchase. Please check your membership period to ensure that your experience is not negatively affected.
  • HD Multi-view 4 includes one main screen and three concept screens (four total views).
  • HD Single-view includes one main screen.
  • The bonus clip provided to 2 DAY PASS HD Multi-view 4 ticket holders will be played for both shows after the online live-streaming ends.
  • Please check the cancellation/refund information and deadlines carefully before making your purchase.
  • Your ticket can be canceled or refunded until 1 hour before the start of the show. After this deadline, a refund will not be available even if you do not watch the show.
    • Cancellation or refund for the 2 DAY PASS ticket is available until one hour before the start of the July 21 show (6 PM, July 21, 2023 (KST)); a partial refund for either day will not be available.
    • Cancellation or refund for the July 21 1 DAY PASS ticket is available until one hour before the start of the July 21 show (6 PM, July 21, 2023 (KST)).
    • Cancellation or refund for the July 22 1 DAY PASS ticket is available until one hour before the start of the July 22 show (5 PM, July 22, 2023 (KST)).

Ticket Verification

  • The concert can be viewed on a live streaming viewing page(https://concerts.weverse.io/events/svt-follow), after purchasing the ticket on Weverse Shop, logging into the viewing page with "the Weverse Shop account you used to purchase the ticket", and verifying your ticket.
  • If you purchased a ticket after logging on to Weverse Shop via social media account, you must use the same social media account to log in to the viewing page.
  • The organizers, the company and ticket sites are not responsible for any exposure of account information caused by user negligence or the use of your information by a third party acquired through such negligence. Please exercise special care in managing your information.
  • Please note that if you cancel your Weverse Shop membership, you will be unable to verify your ticket or view the concert, and your purchases will be deleted and cannot be recovered.

Viewing Guide

  • Video Resolution : 1080P, 720P, 540P, 480P, 360P / AUTO
  • The "Enter" button for the live streaming and delayed streaming will be activated 1 hour before the start of the concert.
  • Live subtitles in three languages (English / Japanese / Chinese) will be provided for the live streaming.
  • Up to one device can be logged on simultaneously for single views; up to two devices for multi-views. When one more device is logged on, the first device will be logged out automatically.

Network Speed Internet connection with at least 20Mbps
  • Please make sure you have access to internet speeds of 20Mbps or higher for the best connection. When using a public line, connection may not be stable even if the speed is 20Mbps or higher.
  • Data usage may increase when streaming with 3G/LTE/5G.
  • Video resolution option is not available on iOS, and will be set to AUTO depending on the network connection speed and stability.
  • Mirroring can be used depending on your mobile device or TV functions. Please refer to your device manual for more information.
  • Your viewing experience as well as image and audio quality may be affected by the user's network/data environment and other external factors.

  • Recording or extracting this content, broadcasting or streaming to multiple viewers or any other use of this content other than viewing through the official viewing page and application is strictly prohibited.
