  • This product does not include Multi-View, VOD, Delayed Streaming service.

Ticket Guide

  • ‘HD Single-View’ includes only one main screen, and the highest resolution is 1080p.
  • You can purchase only one ticket per account, and duplicate purchases of the same ticket are not possible.
  • MEMBERSHIP ONLY products are only available for [NCTzen WISH] GL membership subscribers (membership) purchased from the Weverse Shop (GLOBAL).
  • Membership benefits are valid at the time of purchasing tickets for this performance. Please make sure to maintain your membership eligibility in advance to avoid any inconvenience.
  • Cancellation or refund of your ticket is available until 1 hour before the start of the online live streaming. After this deadline, a refund or partial refund will not be available even if you do not watch the concert.

Ticket Verification

  • After purchasing a ticket from Weverse Shop, you can watch this concert through login and ticket verification with ‘the Weverse Shop account that purchased the ticket’ on the live streaming watching page.

  • If you purchased a ticket after logging into Weverse Shop via social media account, you must use the same social media account to log into the viewing page.
  • The organizers, the company, and the ticket sites are not responsible for any exposure of account information caused by user negligence or the use of your information by a third party acquired through such negligence. Please exercise special care in managing your information.
  • Please note that if you cancel your Weverse Shop membership, you will be unable to verify your ticket or view the concert, and your purchases will be deleted and cannot be recovered.

Viewing Guide

  • Video Resolution: 1080p, 720p, 540p, 480p, 360p / AUTO
  • Online Live Streaming enter button will be activated one hour before the start of streaming.
  • Online live streaming will be accompanied by real-time subtitle services in three languages (English, Japanese, and Chinese). In addition, machine translations will be provided for a total of eight languages (繁體中文, ไทย, bahasa Indonesia, Tiếng Việt, español, Français, Português, Wikang Tagalog).
  • All products can be connected to up to two devices at the same time. When the maximum number of allowed devices is exceeded, the first connected device is automatically logged out.

  • Data usage may increase when streaming with 3G/LTE/5G.
  • Video resolution option is not available on iOS and will be set to AUTO depending on the network connection speed and stability.
  • You can click the 'Cast to TV' or 'AirPlay to TV' button on your viewing screen, depending on your device, to use Chromecast or AirPlay. Please refer to your device manual for more information.
  • Your viewing experience, as well as image and audio quality, may be affected by your network/data environment and other external factors.
