Ticket Guide

  • HD Single-view is a product that consists of a single main screen.
  • Only one ticket can be purchased per account at BLACKPINK Weverse Shop (GLOBAL), and duplicate purchase of the same ticket is not possible. (Not available for purchase of more than 2 tickets per account)
  • This ticket purchase is available up until 1 hour before the livestream starts.
  • The cancellation/refund deadline is on 09.17 (SUN) 17:00 (KST).
  • Please check the payment cancellation/refund deadline and related regulations before proceeding with the purchase.

Ticket Verification

  • This concert can be viewed on a separate streaming viewing page(https://concerts.weverse.io/events/blackpink-bornpink), after purchasing the ticket on Weverse Shop, logging into the viewing page with "the Weverse Shop account you used to purchase the ticket," and verifying your ticket.
  • If you logged into Weverse Shop with a social media account and purchased your ticket, you must use the same social account to log into the viewing page.
  • The organizer and ticketing company are not responsible for any exposure of account information caused by user negligence or the use of your information by a third party acquired through such negligence. Please exercise special care in managing your personal information.
  • Please note that if you cancel your Weverse Shop membership, you will not be able to verify and watch the streaming, your purchase record will be deleted and cannot be recovered.

Viewing Guide

  • Video Resolution: 1080P, 720P, 540P, 480P, 360P / AUTO
  • Subtitles in three languages [English/Japanese/Chinese] will be available during the livestream. Subtitle language can be selected in the lower right corner of the player, otherwise subtitles will not appear.
  • Up to two devices can be logged in at the same time. If a third device logs in, the first device will be logged out automatically.
