Ticket Guide

  • MEMBERSHIP ONLY products are available for purchase exclusively to members of the Girls’ Generation official Fanclub “S♡NE” MEMBERSHIP(GL) (hereinafter referred to as “membership”).
  • Membership benefits are valid only when you maintain the membership at the time of purchasing tickets for this concert. Please check the expiration date of your membership in advance to avoid any inconvenience.
  • For this concert, only the ‘Online Live Streaming’ will be available, please note that a Delayed Streaming only product will not be offered.
  • Only 1 ticket per account can be purchased, and duplicate purchases are not allowed.
  • Please check the cancellation/refund policy and deadlines carefully before making your purchase.
    • Ticket cancellations or refunds are available until 1 hour before the start of the online live streaming. After this deadline, neither full nor partial refunds will be available, even if you do not watch the show.
    • Ticket Cancellation/Refund Deadline: March 9, 2025 (Sun) 4:00PM (KST)

Ticket Verification

  • After purchasing the ticket from Weverse shop, you can watch the online live streaming by logging in with your ‘Weverse account used for purchasing your ticket’ and verifying the ticket on the online live streaming viewing page.

  • If you purchased your ticket after logging in with Weverse with SNS account, you must use the same SNS account to log into the viewing page.
  • The presenter, organizer, and ticket platform are not responsible for any damages caused by the exposure of account information due to user negligence and by a third party verifying a streaming pass using the exposed information. Please take extra care to manage your account information securely.
  • Please note that if you cancel your Weverse membership, you will be unable to verify your ticket or watch the concert. Additionally, your purchase record will be deleted and cannot be restored.

Viewing Guide

  • ‘4K Single-View’ and ‘HD Single-View’ are products with only one main screen, and ‘HD Single-View’ the highest resolution is 1080p.
  • Video Resolution
    • 4K: 4K, 1080P
    • HD: 1080P, 720P, 540P, 480P, 360P / AUTO
  • The entering button for the online Live Streaming will be activated 1 hour before the start of the streaming.
  • A real-time subtitle service in 3 languages (English, Japanese, Chinese) will be provided for the online live streaming. Machine translations will also be provided in a total of 8 languages. (繁體中文, ไทย, bahasa Indonesia, Tiếng Việt, español, Français, Português, Wikang Tagalog)
  • All types of tickets allow simultaneous access on up to 2 devices. If the maximum number of allowed devices is exceeded, the first connected device will be automatically logged out.

How to View in 4K

  • Those who purchased a 4K Single-View ticket can enjoy the concert Single-View in 4K resolution.
  • 4K resolution will be best experienced by watching on a larger screen by connecting your mobile device to a TV or monitor. Please refer to your device manual for more information.

  • Please connect in an environment with an Internet speed of 20 Mbps or higher for smooth watching. In public networks, connectivity may not be smooth even if it is 20 Mbps or higher. For 4K quality, only at least 30Mbps is available.
  • Data usage may increase when using 3G, LTE, and 5G.
  • Separate image quality selection is not possible when watching on iOS, and the image quality is set to AUTO depending on the network environment.
  • Depending on your device, you can use Chromecast, AirPlay, etc. by clicking the Transfer button on the watching screen(Cast to TV or AirPlay to TV). Please check the usage guide for the device you have for detailed instructions.
  • Normal watching or video quality and sound quality may be disrupted by user’s communication, data conditions, and other external factors.

Legal Notice

  • Any unauthorized actions that violate the copyrights of the content, such as recording or extracting the video, screening, or streaming the concert to a large audience, other than watching the concert on the official viewing pages, are strictly prohibited.
  • If any of the above violations are detected, the violators will be banned from accessing any future content provided by the presenter/organizer (SM ENTERTAINMENT, CJ ENM) and may face legal action for copyright infringement.
